About
The Banneker Alumni Network Incorporated was formed in November 2019 with the intention of creating dynamic and engaging spaces for current and former Warriors to network and build lasting relationships. Our goal is to create opportunities for students that provide them with tools for success that extend beyond the classroom.
Mission
Our aim is to create spaces where students are able to physically see and interact with like-minded and similarly situated individuals in various career paths. Through intentional, community based programming, we aim to develop a strong network of Warriors and foster a meaningful impact to the community.
Vision
We strive to create visibility of Banneker success among students, staff, fellow alumni Warriors, and the community at large. Over the past two and half decades, Banneker has aided in the development of phenomenal, success-driven individuals that are doing amazing things in their respective fields. It is our goal to share our stories and the legacy of Benjamin Banneker Academy for Community Development.
